By mistake, I mentioned my category “General” instead of OBC when I applied for GATE exam. When the result was declared, I found I have been qualified under OBC category. I have already got the certificate proving my OBC status. Since I gave my category as “General”, I am not qualified.

Even though I contacted GATE authorities to correct my status attaching the OBC certificate, I could not get any reply. Could you please advise me how I can get out of this dilemma and get qualified?
