I have completed my BE in IT from Pune University and i wanted to do my mtech from kerela.The main issue is that i have’nt aapeared for gate so am i elegible for filling the form.It is mentioned that kerela students can apply.Sir,please make a note that am kerelite but I have completed my education from Pune

And i am in OBC reservation category also.will i get admission in any of the good govt engineering colleges in kerala. i am a graduate in & Electronics & communication Engineering.
