  4. Summarize the hazards and safety management in process plants<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Module 1:<\/h4>\n

    Scope of project engineering, the role of project engineer, pilot plants, commercial, semi commercial plants. R&D, TEFR-contents and format of presenting the feasibility report. Plant location and site selection- factors to be considered, site data, site clearance, preliminary data for construction projects, process engineering, cost estimates, process design procedure, process engineer vs project engineer. Flow diagrams- classification, schematic diagrams, plant layout or plot plans, engineering design and drafting – types of process plant drawings, drafting practices.\n<\/p>\n
