Explore the default datasets<\/li>\n<li>Creating a new Arff File<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 2:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Pre-process a given dataset based on Attribute Selection<\/li>\n<li>Pre-process a given dataset based on Handling missing values<\/li>\n<li>Pre-process a given dataset based on Discretization<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 3:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Calculate information Gain<\/li>\n<li>Build a Decision Tree using ID3 algorithm.<\/li>\n<li>Generate Association Rules using the FP-Growth algorithm.<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and error Measures evaluation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 4:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Demonstrate classification process on a given dataset using Naive Bayesian Classifier.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate classification process on a given dataset using Nearest neighbor Classifier.<\/li>\n<li>Build a distance matrix of the given data using various distance measures.<\/li>\n<li>Cluster the given dataset by using the k-Means algorithm and visualize the cluster mean values and standard deviation of dataset attributes.<\/li>\n<li>Cluster the given dataset using a hierarchical clustering algorithm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Micro Project<\/h4>\n<p>Students are expected to do a micro project in data mining during the course for the purpose of continuous evaluation.
