  2. Practice compounding of synthetic rubbers<\/li>\n
  3. Practice Compression moulding, extrusion and calendering processes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Identify the processing machineries mixing mill screw press and hydraulic press<\/li>\n
    2. Practice mastication of NR in a lab size mixing mill<\/li>\n
    3. Demonstrate blending of NR with SR<\/li>\n
    4. Prepare NR gum compound<\/li>\n
    5. Prepare NR masterbatch with carbon black<\/li>\n
    6. Prepare NR masterbatch with clay or whiting as filler<\/li>\n
    7. Prepare NR compound with black filler<\/li>\n
    8. Practice compounding of NR with non black filler<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
