The detailed syllabus of sql and no sql lab is as follows. <\/p>\n<p><h4>Course Objectives:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide practical knowledge on basic operations in MySQL and MongoDB databases.<\/li>\n<li>To provide practical knowledge on query processing using advanced MySQL queries.<\/li>\n<li>To provide practical knowledge on database problems using MySQL programming techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><h4>Course Outcomes:<\/h4>\n<p>On completion of the course, students will be able to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Implement basic commands in MySQL<\/li>\n<li>Implement Aggregate functions and Special clauses MySQL<\/li>\n<li>Develop Stored Procedures and Stored Functions in MySQL<\/li>\n<li>Implement basic database operations in MongoDB.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 1:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Implement DDL commands and integrity constraints in MySQL.<\/li>\n<li>Implement DML commands in MySQL<\/li>\n<li>Implement DCL commands in MySQL.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 2:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Implement Aggregate functions in MySQL.<\/li>\n<li>Implement special clauses in MySQL.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 3:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Develop programs using Stored Procedures in MySQL<\/li>\n<li>Develop programs using Stored Functions in MySQL<\/li>\n<li>Develop programs using Stored Procedure and Cursor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 4:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Install and configure MongoDB.<\/li>\n<li>Implement create operation in MongoDB.<\/li>\n<li>Implement read operation in MongoDB.<\/li>\n<li>Implement update operation in MongoDB.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Open-Ended Experiments<\/h4>\n<p>(Not for End Semester Examination but compulsory to be included in Continuous Internal Evaluation). Students can do open-ended experiments as a group of 3-5. There is no duplication in experiments in between groups. This is mainly for the purpose of continuous internal evaluation and a score of 15 marks.
