The detailed syllabus of digital computer architecture lab is as follows. <\/p>\n<p><h4>Course Objectives:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret the principles and methodology of digital logic design.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the various digital ICs and understand their operation<\/li>\n<li>Build, analyze, and troubleshoot simple combinational and sequential circuits.<\/li>\n<li>Develop basic assembly language programs in 8085.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><h4>Course Outcomes:<\/h4>\n<p>On completion of the course student will be able to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Demonstrate realization of digital circuit using gates<\/li>\n<li>Implement canonical and standard boolean functions, combinational logic circuits\t1<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate flip flops and registers<\/li>\n<li>Develop assembly language programs for 8085 microprocessor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 1:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Demonstrate the Logic gates &#8211; AND,OR,NOT,NAND,NOR,EXOR ,EXNOR<\/li>\n<li>Implement basic gates using universal gates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 2:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Use K Map for simplification into SOP and POS expression<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate Half Adder and Full Adder.<\/li>\n<li>Implement Encoder and Decoder<\/li>\n<li>Construct Multiplexer and Demultiplexer using logic gates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 3:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Demonstrate Flip Flops: SR, D, T, JK Flip Flops<\/li>\n<li>Implement 4 bit shift register SISO,SIPO using D flip flop<\/li>\n<li>Use D Flip Flops to implement PISO,PIPO shift registers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 4:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Familiarization of 8085 Microprocessor simulator<\/li>\n<li>Implement DataTransfer instructions<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate arithmetic instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Illustrate Execution of Logic instructions<\/li>\n<li>Implement Branch instructions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Text Books:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>M.
