The detailed syllabus of linear ic and power electronics lab is as follows. <\/p>\n<p><h4>Course Objectives:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To design and implement application circuits using Analog ICs..<\/li>\n<li>To design and simulate the application circuits with Analog Integrated Circuits.<\/li>\n<li>To design and implement AC-DC rectifier circuits<\/li>\n<li>To design and implement DC to AC inverter circuits.<\/li>\n<li>To design and implement DC-DC converter circuits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><h4>Course Outcomes:<\/h4>\n<p>On completion of the course, the student will be able to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Design and implement application circuits using Analog ICs.<\/li>\n<li>Design and simulate the application circuits with Analog Integrated Circuits using simulation tools.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarizing various power electronics switches and obtain their characteristics<\/li>\n<li>Design and implementation of simple power electronics converters\t1<\/li>\n<p>Course Outline:\n<\/ol>\n<\/p>\n<p><h4>Module 1:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Familiarization of Operational amplifiers -Inverting and Non inverting amplifiers, frequency response<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of Op-Amp parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Integrator and Differentiator (With Frequency Response)<\/li>\n<li>Difference Amplifier and Instrumentation amplifier (3 op-amp configuration)<\/li>\n<li>RC Phase shift and Wien bridge oscillator using Op-Amp<\/li>\n<li>Astable and Monostable multivibrator using Timer IC NE555<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 2:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Simulation of Integrator and Differentiator circuits.<\/li>\n<li>Simulation of Precision rectifiers using OpAmp<\/li>\n<li>Simulation of RC Phase shift and Wien bridge oscillator using Op-Amp<\/li>\n<li>Simulation of Astable and Monostable multivibrator using Timer IC NE555<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 3:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>To study the V-I characteristics of SCR.<\/li>\n<li>To study the Latching &amp; Holding current of SCR.<\/li>\n<li>To study the V-I characteristics of MOSFET.<\/li>\n<li>To study the V-I characteristics of TRIAC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><h4>Module 4:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>To study of single phase half wave controlled rectifier circuit with R &amp;
