Familiarization of tables\n<ol type=\"i\">\n<li>Compute fit and tolerance from tables.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the need of surface finish.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the standard symbols to represent surface finishing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>  MODULE II<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Apply assembly and detailed drawing.\n<ol type=\"i\">\n<li>Select the appropriate size of the sheet for preparing a required assembly\/detailed drawing<\/li>\n<li>List the sequence of steps for preparing assembly\/detailed drawing.<\/li>\n<li>Create assembly drawings with the drawings of components such as tool maker&#8217;s clamps, and equalizing clamps.<\/li>\n<li>Create detailed drawings given the assembly drawings such as clamps, couplings, turn buckle and equalizing clamp<\/li>\n<li>Construct the parts list of assembly drawing.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the conventional representation of machine parts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>  MODULE III<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Recognize the various elements of Jigs\n<ol type=\"i\">\n<li>Distinguish between various types of bushes , locating pins and clamping devices.<\/li>\n<li>Draw the detailed views of jigs like plate jig, box jig and index jig.<\/li>\n<li>Draw each parts drawing according to production manner and prepare bill of material of above Jigs.
