Course Objectives:
- To provide a hands-on experience in programming concepts using VB.NET Programming Language.
- To be able to develop programs for arithmetic operations, string and matrix operations, in Console Applications.
- To be able to create forms for various applications and web application.
Course Outcomes:
On completion of the course, students will be able to:
- Perform arithmetic operations in Console Application.
- Develop console applications for performing string and matrix operations.
- Prepare forms for various applications.
- Create various web applications.
Module 1:
- Develop simple VB.NET console programs illustrating Arithmetic operations. Example: Interest Calculation
- Implement VB.NET console programs using loop control structures and decision control structures in C
Module 2:
- Develop VB.NET console program to solve problems using one dimensional arrays – (like average of n nos, largest number, second largest etc)
- Develop programs to solve problems using two dimensional arrays – (like matrix operations)
- Implement programs using strings
Module 3:
- Prepare form for preparing student mark list.
- Prepare form for simple calculator application.
- Prepare forms for message box display.
- Prepare a form for finding factorialof a number.
Module 4:
- Develop web application for login form.
- Develop web application for registration form.
- Open Ended Experiments
