MODULE I
- Understand moulds and dies drawing.
- Draw hand injection mould-single cavity-sprue gate-plate injection.
- Create views of two cavity injection mould-edge gate-ejection with pin-detaild drawing.
MODULE II
- Draw four- cavity injection mould-submarine gate, sleeve ejection.
- Draw two-cavity injection mould-side core-detailed drawing.
MODULE III
- Create drawings of three plate four cavity injection mould.
- Design Compression mould – single cavity.
MODULE IV
- Draw sectional views of plunger transfer mould-two cavities-detailed drawing.
- Create assembled views of die casting dies-simple- single cavity-cold chamber type.
