Course Objectives:
- To enable the students to get practical experience in sewing machine for various garment parts construction.
Course Outcomes:
On completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- Sketch & construct different types of sleeves
- Sketch, cut and Sew different types of collars
- Use different type of yokes and Assembling of various garment components using appropriate seams
- Operate Over-lock, Button hole and button stitch machines, Feed-off the arm machine & Flat lock machine 1

- Prepare patterns and Construct Puff sleeve To
- Prepare patterns and Construct Bell sleeve.
Module 2:
- To Prepare patterns and Construct Shirt collar
- To Prepare patterns and Construct Peter pan collar
- To Prepare patterns and Construct Shawl collar
Module 3:
- To Prepare Yoke -simple yoke, yokes supporting fullness
- To Prepare patterns and Construct Peter pan collar
