Course Outcomes:
On completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- Summarize data related to spatial and functional planning of single and double storied buildings
- Sketch spatial and functional planning of single storied and double storied buildings incorporating flat and sloped roof styles
- Develop detailed architectural drawings from the plan
- Develop perspective drawings
Module 1:
- Understand the Problem Discuss the Problem
- Refer standards specified in KMBR and NBC incorporate them in design – Literature study
- Conduct case studies

- Develop plan, elevation, section, site and service plan from preliminary plan of single storied buildings.
