Under steer and over steer, wheel alignment,\u00a0power steering, steering geometry, wheel balancing, centre point steering, steerability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unit-III :\u00a0Brakes:<\/strong> Necessity of brake, stopping distance and time. Brake efficiency, weight transfer, brake\u00a0shoe theory, determination of braking torque, braking systems -mechanical, hydraulic, disc, parking\u00a0and emergency brakes, servo and electrical brakes, details of hydraulic system, mechanical system\u00a0and components.
