I Year I Sem.\r\n\r\n<strong>Course Objective:<\/strong> To impart knowledge water resources planning, management, linear and dynamic programming\r\n\r\n<strong>Course Outcomes:<\/strong> The learner will be able to programming to water resource planning.\r\n\r\n<strong>UNIT \u2013 I : Introduction:<\/strong> Concepts of systems analysis, definition, systems approach to water resources planning and management, role of optimization models, objective function and constraints, types of optimization techniques.\r\n\r\n<strong>UNIT \u2013 II : Linear programming:<\/strong> Formulation linear programming models, graphical method, simplex method, application of Linear programming in water resources.
