Elasticity of Demand: Definition, Types,\u00a0Measurement and Significance of Elasticity of Demand. Demand Forecasting, Factors governing demand\u00a0forecasting, methods of demand forecasting.<\/p>\n

Unit II:\u00a0Production & Cost Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n

Production Function \u2013 Isoquants and Isocosts, MRTS, Least Cost Combination of\u00a0Inputs, Cobb-Douglas Production function, Laws of Returns, Internal and External Economies of Scale. Cost\u00a0Analysis: Cost concepts. Break-even Analysis (BEA)-Determination of Break-Even Point (simple problems) –\u00a0Managerial Significance.<\/p>\n
