Hazard models &#8211;\u00a0Bath tub curve, Effect of preventive maintenance. Measures of reliability: Mean Time to\u00a0Failure and Mean Time Between Failures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UNIT \u2013 II: \u00a0Network Modeling and Evaluation Of Simple Systems:<\/strong> Basic concepts- Evaluation of\u00a0network Reliability \/ Unreliability &#8211; Series systems, Parallel systems- Series-Parallel systemsPartially\u00a0redundant systems- Examples.\u00a0Network Modeling and Evaluation of Complex systems: Conditional probability methodtie\u00a0set, Cutset approach- Event tree and reduced event tree methods- Relationships between\u00a0tie and cutsets- Examples.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UNIT \u2013 III: \u00a0Time Dependent Probability:<\/strong> Basic concepts- Reliability function f(t).
