III Year I Sem. \u00a0 \u00a0L\/T\/P\/C<br \/>\nCourse Code:PS504 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3\/1\/0\/3<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Objectives:<\/strong> To have knowledge on the formation of pharmaceutically important secondary\u00a0metabolites in plants and their commercial significance. The role of fibres, natural sweetening agents,\u00a0colorants, volatile oils, tannins, resins in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry.
