II Year I Sem. \u00a0 \u00a0L\/T\/P\/C<br \/>\nCourse Code: ME308ES 0\/0\/3\/2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Objective<\/strong>: The purpose of this course is to make the students learn the concepts of\u00a0Metallurgy and Material Science role in all manufacturing processes which convert raw\u00a0materials into useful products adapted to human needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Outcomes:<\/strong> The Primary focus of the Metallurgy and Material science program is to\u00a0provide undergraduates with a fundamental knowledge based associated materials properties,\u00a0and their selection and application. Upon graduation, students would have acquired and\u00a0developed the necessary background and skills for successful careers in the materials-related\u00a0industries.
