Understanding the needs of Self (‘I’) and ‘Body’ – Sukh and Suvidha. Understanding the Body as an instrument of ‘I’ (I being the doer, seer and enjoyer). Understanding the characteristics and activities of ‘I’ and harmony in ‘I’.
