JNTUH B.Tech 3rd year (3-1) IC Applications and HDL Simulation Lab gives you detail information of IC Applications and HDL Simulation Lab R13 syllabus It will be help full to understand you complete curriculum of the year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0To perform any sixteen experiments (choosing at least seven from each part).<\/p>\n

Part – I: Linear IC Experiments<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. OP AMP Applications \u2013 Adder, Subtractor, Comparators.<\/li>\n
  2. Integrator and Differentiator Circuits using IC 741.<\/li>\n
  3. Active Filter Applications \u2013 LPF, HPF (first order)<\/li>\n
  4. IC 741 Waveform Generators – Sine, Squarewave and Triangular waves.<\/li>\n
  5. IC 555 Timer – Monostable and Astable Multivibrator Circuits.<\/li>\n
  6. Schmitt Trigger Circuits – Using IC 741<\/li>\n
  7. IC 565 – PLL Applications.<\/li>\n
  8. Voltage Regulator using IC 723, Three Terminal Voltage Regulators – 7805, 7809, 7912.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    EQUIPMENT REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. 20 MHz \/ 40 MHz \/ 60 MHz Oscilloscope.<\/li>\n
    2. 1 MHz Function Generator (Sine, Square, Traingular and TTL).<\/li>\n
    3. Regulated Power Supply.<\/li>\n
    4. Multimeter \/ Volt Meter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Part – II: HDL Simulation programs<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Programming can be done using any compiler. Download the programs on FPGA \/ CPLD boards and performance testing may be done using pattern generator \/ logic analyzer apart from verification by simulation using Cadence \/ Mentor Graphics \/ Synopsys \/ Equivalentfront end CAD tools.<\/p>\n

      1. HDL code to realize all the logic gates<\/li>\n
      2. Design of 2-to-4 decoder<\/li>\n
      3. Design of 8-to-3 encoder (without and with Priority)<\/li>\n
      4. Design of 8-to-1 multiplexer and 1 x 8 demuliplexer.<\/li>\n
      5. Design of 4 bit binary to gray code converter<\/li>\n
      6. Design of 4 bit comparator<\/li>\n
      7. Design of Full adder using 3 modelling styles<\/li>\n
      8. Design of flip flops: SR, JK, T<\/li>\n
      9. Design of 4-bit binary, BCD counters (synchronous\/ asunchronous reset)<\/li>\n
      10. Finite State Machine Design<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
