Section A:\u00a0Mechanical Engineering Laboratory<\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. Draw the valve timing diagram of a 4-stroke diesel engine and port timing diagram\u00a0of a 2-stroke petrol engine.<\/li>\n

    2. Magnetization characteristics of D.C. Shunt generator.<\/li>\n
    3. Speed control of DC motor.<\/li>\n
    4. Swinburne\u2019s Test on DC shunt machine.<\/li>\n
    5. Brake test on DC shunt motor.<\/li>\n
    6. OC and SC tests on Single-phase transformer.<\/li>\n
    7. Brake test on 3-phase Induction motor.<\/li>\n
    8. Regulation by an alternator by synchronous impedance method.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
