If you really want want good score in gate 2014 then mad your self for exam get books like arihant & gt publications & register your self in many online test website free or purchase etc think 24hrs for your exam prepare your self for studying minimum 10-12 hrs per day you can get good score

i think as of now for electronics m.tech IITG is far better than IITR.We can easily get convinced in it by looking into M.tech placements in both these institutes.And new VLSI lab facility in IITG is suprb.U can get the details from ee department page of IITG website
