I had sent a draft of Rs 400 alongwith an application dated, 27.12.2010 for changing my examination city from Udaipur(code318)to South Delhi(code309)at IIT Delhi.My DD no is 242420 from Union Bank of India.My center has’nt changed yet.Kindly see to it and oblige.
