DEAR SIR,
I FILLED THE FORMS THAT YOU REQUIRED BUT I MADE ONE MISTAKE ON
FORMAT OF CERTIFICATE FROM THE PRINCIPAL CONCERNING THE SEAL,HE SIGNED BUT HE DID NOT PUT THE SEAL
SO IS THE SEAL NECESSARY &IF IT IS,SHOULD I RE APPLY?
