I have finished my B-tech in electrical and electronics eng.( Specialization power system in 09). I would like to do my M-tech in electrical eng. from Bits. Where and how can i apply.

When i visited the website http://www.bitsadmission.com/hd/hdmain.htm and clicked Application procedure it says that the last date to apply was 30 November. I think this is for the program starting in January 2011, But i want to join in august 2011 ( i.e first sem 2011-2012).

where can i download or apply online for the M-tech course at BITS starting first sem 2011-2012

Regarding your query: BITS have an interview too, so there are chances that they may consider your GATE score. But they give ultimate preference to their exam.
Regarding JNTU, an Exam for admission to M.Tech in AP is conducted called PGECET (you can search for it on this site), and candidates can skip that exam for admission to JNTU.
