Course Objectives:
Upon completion of the course, the student shall be able to
- Familiarize with the preparation of detailed estimate of various R.C.C. elements and calculation of quantity of steel in R.C.C. elements
- Prepare detailed estimates of roads and culverts, irrigation and public health engineering works.
- Learn the methods of valuation of properties and methods of rent fixation and solve simple problems.
