DOCK WORKERS (SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELFARE) ACT\t9<\/strong>
\nEmployees\u2019 Compensation Act: Definitions, Employer’s liability for compensation, Calculation of amount of compensation. ESI Act and Rules: Applicability, Definitions and Benefits.
