RESIN FINISHING\tImportance of finishing and its classification. Resin finishing: Mechanism of creasing, Types of Resins .Anti crease, wash and wear, durable press resin finishing. Study about eco friendly method of anti crease finishing.\n<\/p>\n

Unit II<\/h4>\n

FLAME PROOF & WATERPROOF\tConcept of Flame proof & flame retardancy. Flame retardant finishes for cotton, Concept of waterproof and water repellent Finishes, Durable & Semi durable and Temporary finishes, Concept of Antimicrobial finish.\n<\/p>\n

MECHANICAL FINISHES\tMechanical finishing of textile materials – calendaring, compacting, Sanforising, Peach finishing. Object of Heat setting. Various methods of heat setting and mechanism of heat setting.\n<\/p>\n

Unit V<\/h4>\n

STIFFENING AND SOFTENING\tConcept of stiffening and softening of textile materials. Mechanism in the weight reduction of PET .Concept of Micro encapsulation techniques in finishing process, Nano finish, Plasma Treatment and Bio finishing.\n<\/p>\n
