PATENTS\tPatents-Objective, Introduction, Requirement for patenting- Novelty, Inventive step (Nonobviousness) and industrial application (utility), Non-patentable inventions, rights of patent owner, assignment of patent rights, patent specification (provisional and complete), parts of complete specification, claims, procedure for obtaining patents, compulsory license.\n<\/p>\n
