Data availability, software availability, limitations and future trends.\n<\/p>\n<p><h4>Unit V<\/h4>\n<p>MISSIONS AND APPLICATIONS\tMissions:TerraSAR X,ERS 1and2,ENVISAT,RADARSAT,ALOS,RISAT,Sentinel 1 and GRACE satellite. Polarimetric Applications : Soil tillage,crop productivity &#8211; snow mapping-sea-ice structure and type- forest type mapping &#8211; Soil moisture mapping- Flood\/Wetland mapping &#8211; Marine winds -oil slick detection &#8211; ship detection.
