The detailed syllabus of cad or cam laboratory is as follows. <\/p>\n<p>  <title>CAD or CAM Laboratory<\/title><\/p>\n<h4>Course Objectives:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>To gain practical experience in handling 2D drafting and 3Dmodelling software systems<\/li>\n<li>Designing 3 Dimensional geometric model of parts, sub-assemblies, assemblies and exporting it to drawing<\/li>\n<li>Programming G &amp; M Code programming and simulate the CNC program and Generating part programming data through CAM software<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>3D Geometric Modelling 30<\/h4>\n<p>  1.CAD Introduction<br \/>\n  Sketch:<br \/>\n  Solid modeling: Extrude, Revolve, Sweep, Variational sweep and Loft.<br \/>\n  Surface modeling: Extrude, Sweep, Trim, Mesh of curves and Free form.<br \/>\n  Feature manipulation: Copy, Edit, Pattern, Suppress, History operations.<br \/>\n  Assembly: Constraints, Exploded Views, Interference check<br \/>\n  Drafting: Layouts, Standard &amp; Sectional Views, Detailing &amp; Plotting<br \/>\n  2.
