The detailed syllabus of biochemistry lab is as follows. <\/p>\n<p>  <title>Biochemistry lab<\/title><\/p>\n<h4>Course Objective:<\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n  The course aims to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>learn and understand the principles behind the qualitative and quantitative estimation of biomolecules (proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, metabolites etc.,).<\/li>\n<li>make students learn the basic units of measurements and standardisation of various buffer solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>List of Experiments:<\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<ol>\n<li>General guidelines for working in biochemistry lab (theory)<\/li>\n<li>Units of volume, weight, density and concentration measurements and their range in biological measurements.
