Notion and classification of Rights \u2013 Natural, Moral and Legal Rights. Civil and Political Rights, Economic, Social and Cultural Rights; collective \/ Solidarity Rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UNIT : II<\/strong> \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 [9 hours]<br \/>\nEvolution of the concept of Human Rights Magana carta \u2013 Geneva convention of 1864. Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948.
