This gives the details about credits, number of hours and other details along with reference books for the course.<\/p>\n<p>The detailed syllabus for Data Converters B.Tech (R13) eightsem is as follows<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBJECTIVES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To explain the basic operational and design principles of CMOS Analog to Digital and Digital to Analog converter architectures.<\/li>\n<li>To introduce the design calculations for developing the various blocks associated with a typical CMOS AD or DA converter.<\/li>\n<li>To make students decide the dimensions and bias conditions of all the MOS transistors involved in the design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>UNIT I : SAMPLE AND HOLD CIRCUITS \u00a0<\/strong> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0[9 hours]<br \/>\nSampling switches, Conventional open loop and closed loop sample and hold architecture, Open loop architecture with miller compensation, multiplexed input architectures, recycling architecture switched capacitor architecture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UNIT II : SWITCH CAPACITOR CIRCUITS AND COMPARATORS<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0[9 hours]<br \/>\nSwitched-capacitor amplifiers, switched capacitor integrator, switched capacitor common mode feedback.
