Marine Applications: boats &#8211; large power yachts &#8211; sail boats &#8211; pressure hulls &#8211; sonar domes &#8211; fairings &#8211; control surfaces &#8211; decking &#8211; pipes. Industrial Applications: antennas &#8211; bridges &#8211; cable cars &#8211; electrical and electronics. Composite Biomaterials: orthopaedic implants &#8211; femoral components for total hip arthroplasty &#8211; bone cement, articulation components. Construction applications: rebars &#8211; prestressing -rehabilitation &#8211; platforms &#8211; pedestrian bridges &#8211; cooling towers. Other applications: aircrafts, sports goods and aerospace.
