thanks a very helpful article indeed!! Still I would like to add the name of UPES, Dehradun a university which offers specialized programs from core and energy sector. Some of its popular programs are like built environment, structural engineering, Robotics, artificial intelligence etc. You can look for these programs too as they are in good demand in the market. I got to know about these programs and this univeristy through a seminar. So, you can look for them too!!!
