NIT M.Tech Admissions 2010
There are 20 NITs now, most of them established in between 1959~1965 located in different parts of the country. These institutes have great infrastructure, support from govt. and autonomy. Check out for NIT Ranking here. To help student access all NITs M.Tech notification on single platform I made a post for NIT M.Tech Admissions 2009. I received many requests to carryout a similar work, therefore I m making this post ready, refer to M.Tech Admission 2010 for many other college admission. If you have no GATE scores and would definitely want to go for higher studies i sugget you to think about studying abroad too. There are lots of good universities all over the world specially if you an average student should try Master of Engineering programs in Germany, France and other European countries, as Education is free and you get good scholarships there, you can also consider master degree admissions in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and US. Getting admission in MS same as M.Tech or Master degrees courses is easier than getting in IITs. On the same time These universities give you good facilities for research and development. Usually Master degree in Computer Science or Master degree in Electrical, Electronics have good findings and support many students. Wish you a great luck with admissions.

Nagesh: Please try private colleges and refer to M.Tech colleges in India for details about colleges.
Rashmi: CS is preferred over IS, but both are good courses. Whatever you take keep working hard and make good percentage in M.Tech that will help you the most. Good luck ahead.

I am candidate completed my b.tech in mechanical with 70 %.i have not written GATE exam.recently i came to know that seats are vaccant in nit calicut. So am i eligible for joining nit with out gate..? . if yes where i should approach for next step.
