if u r rank is 383 u can apply 4 all iit’s and nit’s
otherwise if u r score is 383 u not even get our state universities also..

The eligibility criteria shows

“CGPI of 6.75 on 10-point scale or equivalent or 60% marks in aggregate wherever marks are awarded.”

What does this exactly mean? Our university (University of Kerala) awards marks and we have a CGPA too. I have 66% marks and 6.7 CGPA. Am I eligible to apply? Which is primarily considered, marks or CGPA?
