You can apply for all NITs and I hope will get call from all of them. If i m your place would like to go for Communication Engineering and then VLSI. only becuase I like communication technology and want to know about it. BUt on the same time both of these coureses are highly compitive and have equal opportunities. Good luck with your decision.
