CCMT M.Tech Admissions 2016

Centralized Counseling for M.Tech. / M.Arch./ M.Plan./M.Des. admissions (CCMT 2016) is an on-line admission process for all National Institutes of Technologies (NITs) and several other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes viz. IIITM Gwalior, PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur, SLIET Longowal, NIFFT Ranchi, SPA Vijayawada, IIIT Allahabad, Central University of Rajasthan, Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, IIEST Shibpur, PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh and IIITD&M Kancheepuram. These are the premier institutions of the country, under the aegis of Ministry of HRD, Government of India, for imparting world class technical education. As decided by the Core Committee, Counseling for centralized admission to postgraduate programs in all these Institutes will be starting from 2nd week of April, 2016. CCMT will coordinate admissions to PG programmes in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Planning and Design in respect of above mentioned Institutes.

Eligibility for M.Tech: B.Tech. or an equivalent degree in relevant degree of engineering Or M.Sc. degree in Chemical Science/ Materials Science/ Physical Science or relevant stream provided the candidate has passed B.Sc./ B.Sc. (Hons.) Examination with Chemistry/ Physics/ Mathematics and Computer Science/ Statistics.Valid GATE score (in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering and Valid GATE score in Mechanical Engineering or related branch of engineering).
